For some time, many have complained regarding the e-mail verification not being sent to their email addresses. If you have encountered such incident when you try to sign up to a forum, please also check your Bulk Folder. It seems that public mail servers have very much strict compliance to consider such domains not categorized as to being SPAM. Hope this helps.
