One tip is to keep your website updated , as this will literary help it from getting worn out and old , also when google crawls or updates their algorithms this updating will make sure that you remain where you are , just make sure the update however small is good .This technique is an extension to the fact that content is the king .make sure to add new content every day, it does not matter if this content is a how to article a news article, pictures or anything else but adding new content daily will increase your page rank and increase the chances of coming up when someone is doing a web search.
