Hmm, that makes alot of sense. Especially for freelancers. I often see on projects that once a copywriting project is completed, complete ownership of all the articles must be turned over to the service buyer. That way, people can't use them later. But, people find a way around this easily. They find an article they want to use online, and just hire someone to re-write it. Although it isn't word for word the same, it still has the same idea.
