Cloaking: Black Hat SEO

Hi, All of us are crazy to get higher rankings in google, yahoo, msn etc & all are thinking to satisfy the search engine spiders.

Many webmaster want to make it in such a way which is not at all liked by the search engines.White Hat optimizers are against of this as this is SPAM.But, many webmasters think SEO itself is a process of manipulation and there is no harm in it.
This methods are called cloaking.In spite of a possibility of getting banned from the big search engines cloaking is geting popular day by day.

So, what do you think about that?

Is cloaking should be done to get higher search engines?

I ddun think u should give it a try unless u have a good knowledge of search engine optimization techniques because the possible punishment in this case could be a ban from that search engine

I know that an indepth knowledge in SEO is a must to go for cloaking.

I want some more detail explanation.
It is not meant for my personal use.

I want a detail discussion on pros and cons of cloaking.

Pro : You see instant results.
instruction for it are easy to follow

Con : imagine that we all are doing it !massive internet spam.
Real risk of being banned from Google.
