Tax issues
Hi all
I have a small hotel business which has had an online presence for almost a year now. I use a number of 3rd party hotel websites to book my accomodation. My question is - what are my tax liabilities? My business is based in South East Asia and I only contract the business long term. Out here the owner whom i contract from is liable for all tax not myself. As I set up the online facility am i liable for tax from all online sales only (currently around 25% of all revenue) or can this really be passed on to him? This is a tricky one any ideas or advice out there? Montee51
