Good thing to diversify Sourab. You don't want putting all your eggs in one basket in case you get suspended from a PPC program.

Yahoo Publisher! does pay more than Google Adsense but it's in Beta version and only open to US publishers (Are you in the US, incidentally?)

Another network I would recommend is Fastclick, especially if you have a high-traffic website. Their rates are decent and they have quite a reliable track record with their publishers.

Also worth looking at are Bidvertiser and Oxado (If you're in the EU).

Ultimately, it's a matter of experimenting with the various networks and your very own ad placement to see what works best for you.

Hello, thanx for your wise and helpful tips.

It is always prferable not to put all eggs in the same busket.

By the way, have you any idea of clicksor and revenuepilot?

I have heard from dome people that they are even better than Google adsense as fas at CTR is concerned.

I hardly believe this.

Have you got any idea about them?

Also i am interested to know some profitable publishing programs other than adsesne and yahoo.

Cheers,
Sourabh.

As you provided some links, i want to share my thought.

Both of them are still fresh and can't be a real alternative to Google Adsense.

I think they won't get higher Click Thru rate like google.

What do you think?

way to go dudes, i personally think that the google adsense bubble has already gotten too big, miht as well go for something newer, fresher and usually better coz they know they're small, and they need your participation, usually, this means better freebies, or higher rates, and so on and so forth, that would be great news to all publishers attached to them, no doubt

It id not necessary that a new publsiher's program always ensure high Click Thru Rate(CTR).

The reverse can also happen. So, we should think twice before joining a new publisher program.

try this, instead of looking for higher click thru rates with a certain method like adsense or adbrite or anything, look for merchants that they have, try and research really deep into it, find out what kinda merchants are available, coz, even if the click thru rate is high, if visitors are not getting the things they want from quality merchants, they'll eventually lose interest in trusting those ads on your site anymore, coz they know it's bound to be another silly ad,

though adsense has great clik thru rates, most of the advertisers are really advertising rubbish, and i get very annoyed clicking them anymore these days, eventually, i think people will be smart enough nto to click on these lousy ads anymore

just my 2 cents

I think that you've got to examine all+ and - of all programs and see if they suit you, cause it really matters a lot of you how many money you will earn..Find a target group of the site and reasoning from its preference do your choice and earn more and more....Good luck!

YOu can go for any of them as all of them operate in the same way almost , although the google adsense can be seen everywhere .Also you can go for other low cost advertising such as email , forum etc advertisement. You can create your own solo ads, strategically placed ads or signature ads. You will be able to put this kind of ads on the forum, classified ads. One good way to make this kind of ads is to look at the work of other people’s ad and you modify it to your own style.
