PPC solution for small budget project

Which ppc search engine is best suited to me a) on a small budget and b) the nature of my product means its unlikely I will get repeat sales - its a once-only purchase.

Well if you have a small budet , better not risk it on PPC , All you can do is find some slots at good websites at affordable rates that they will give . For example I saw an advertisement for a slot at GAF for 10$ a month , now thats a real small thing to pay considering that GAF gets too much traffic every day and every hour rather .I am sure there might be many more like these and they are a better investment than PPC ads where there is always a risk for click fraud and that is doom especially for small budgets .
