Reciprocal linking
Does it make sense to cheat on reciprocal linking in order to have the other party considered as a one-way-link?
This would be the case if you force your links-page not to get indexed, e.g. through the lack of internal link-structure or noindex-metatag.

cheating?
If you cheat like that you'll eventually be banned from Google and your linking partner will assess a penalty for linking to what Google considered a bad neighborhood!
Not worth it!
