Well, what I want is to outsource the legal work that I have to get done in US. In US, legal fees is just crazy.. u enter legal advisor's office, and ur time starts.. by the time, u just finished explaining him what u want.. the bill says $500.. . just crazy man!!
so I want an Indian lawyer ..

These links dont have that info.

thats not just the US lawyers, legal fees are pretty high in many countries!! Kind of a warped system really to do the right thing and get legal advice you need to pay an arm and a leg.

In that case, what choices do we have?
Can't we just build a website and make money?

There seems to be so much hassle to go through, especially if you make good money but didn't establish any legal matters in the beginning, what are you gonna do? It sounds more like illegal money already.

I wonder how other countries are handling these problems. For example, a regular joe read some websites, bought some ebooks, and registered to a couple of affiliate programs. Months later, say he's getting (example only) thousands per month, would there be any legal taxes on him?

Are those money even taxable?
It raises a lot of questions for me. Anyone kind enough to provide an economic and legal solution to this, I ain't got the ability to afford my arm and leg for legal fees!
