Can you tell us more about your own trials and tribulations with affiliate marketing, eh Surab? 8)

I remember in the old days of affiliate marketing infacny, some savvy marketers made a tidy profit from promoting these programs. Nowadays, it's getting harder and harder, with thousands of affiliates competing for commissions on the same product. PPC engine, the sure-fire way of making a quick sale, are now saturated to such an extent you'd be competing with the very merchant you're promoting!

I agree with you that patience is the key. Finding niche products to promote and relying on organic search engine results are the way to go. This requires a lot of hard work and a lot of patience: getting ranked on Google takes time and effort (you have to wait at least a good 6 months to rank high on G).
