How to measure your results
One of the great things about email marketing is that it's measurable. With one click, you can see who opened your email, what links they visited, and who they sent it to.
Want to Improve Your Results?
Take a look at your subject line. Is it short and to the point (e.g. between 30 and 40 characters, and no more than 5-8 words)? Does it incorporate a specific benefit?
Consider your delivery day and/or time. You may want to try different days/times to see learn what is best for your particular audience.
Evaluate your list. Consider the age of the list and the list quality - how were the names collected and how long ago?
Create a sense of urgency. Limit the offer to a specific time period or a certain number of customers (e.g. first 50 customers).
Review the messages within your email. Are you using simple words, short phrases, and paragraphs? Are you explaining a specific benefit that the recipient can relate to? Are the messages timely and relevant to the needs of the recipient?
I hope all these tips will be fryitful in your email marketing campaign.
Cheers,
Sourabh.
