Default Link building and free article submissions

By now, you have probably heard about the importance of getting other websites to link to yours so that you can get a higher ranking in the search engines.

The importance of links
There are two types of links, one way links and reciprocal links.
One way links means that you point to a site but that site does not link back to you, and reciprocal links denote that you point to a site and that site in turn links back to you.

Reciprocal linking is beneficial because it looks good for the search engines; it comes across like natural link building.

So what are unnatural links?
They occur when you purchase links from high page rank sites.

Search engines usually don't like it when in a short period of time you create too many links from high ranked websites; it is advisable to do a combination of both one way and reciprocal linking.

Another way to build links is through free content creation or free article submissions. By doing this, you do not need to request links from relevant sites.

What is Free Article Submissions?
Free articles are a great way for website owners to gain exposure, and for publishers to obtain quality content for their websites. All the content can be used by webmasters free of charge for their websites, the only stipulation is that the content remains unchanged or edited and that any links remain live.

There are websites that offer the possibility to submit your articles for free, a sure way of receiving links to your website. At http://www.netklik.com we recognize the importance of Free Article Submissions, and therefore have developed our new partner site: http://www.newsklik.com to help you achieve this goal.

Although it sounds really good, I'm still wondering what if other people start hijacking your articles and leave out your links?

Worst if they put up their own names at the end of the articles. I know it's unethical but I guarantee you many people are doing this as we speak! I wonder how it's ever gonna be possible not to allow this to happen, like a sure-fire way of protecting these intelectual properties on the Internet.

On the internet, there's no 100% guarantee on things like these.
For example, if you're selling a downloadable product with a money-back guarantee, there's always risk that people might buy it, download your products, and immediately claim their money-back guarantee faking their dissatisfactions and all when in reality, they like it and use it.

The good news is, on a very rough basis, you can trust 98% of internet users to be honest and good, therefore, the other 2%, you just gotta ignore them. So in the case of hijacking of articles, well, be glad to know that most likely 98% of the people who reprints your article are going to include your author box, and properly acknowledge you as the author.

hmmm, you're really a positive thinker huh lol

but if your statistics are right, then i guess 98% is not a bad figure at all

anything's possible on the net, things that you think are useless are sometimes perceived like gold by others, just look at ebay and you'll understand lol
