what a long list, never knew there are so many engines out there,
pay per click does not mean they pay you for clicking,

it means, everytime your advertisement is clicked, you need to pay them,

on a different angle, if you're advertising other people's advertisements, then everytime your visitors click on those advertisements, you get paid,

got a better picture now?

Yes, I understand that janetgan. However, there are companies which organise people to click on the ads and collect money. A small part of such money collected is distributed to the people who are commonly known as "clickers."

clickers??

what kinda people would do this as a part time job??

i'm sure they're paying really peanuts for every click right, people who are actually paid to click, wow, that something i've never heard of lol

can they make good money from this? they gotta deliver clicks in millions i guess lol

It works like this -

Some companies send you a list of products and the urls where you find it. They aske you to go there and find the specifications, features and descriptions of the product. They ask you to paste it on an excel sheet and send it to them.

Now do you understnd how they do it?

Yes of course. Actually why do advertisers pay search engines for the click. It is because they bring in customers. Of the people who click, at least 50% must buy. If not what is the use of that click. When this click is done in a mass scale, the poor advertiser pays for people who did not have the faintest idea of why they were clicking. In fairness to the clickers, they are also unaware why this is being done. They are told by these fraudsters that they are collecting these information for a survey etc etc. All lies.

:O , can you just number them , i just wante dto count how many they were , some one or some business rather advertising on all of them would be like seen everywhere on the internet , and I suppose it must be making moolah , if there is really some there . On the other hand, advertising with all these would mean an initial hugehuge investment , which would mean bankrupt too . Well for many of them I bet must not be functioning correctly too . I tried some engine before also , a rather lesser known and most of the times it was down with maintainence only .
