Publisher a/c in india

Does yahoo allows indian company to have publisher a/c.. I was not able to create an a/c with them..
Does anybody have any idea for the same ? I want to open an a/c in yahoo publisher n/w.. do u think, it is better than adsense?
plz give ur views/reviews ..

Yahoo publisher network, hmmm,
not quite sure, google's adsense has been dominating so much, hardly seen anyone talk about the Yahoo publisher network you know,

but I guess, since yahoo is still the number one most visited site in alexa, it should probably work, regarding the indian company thing, you gotta check the terms and conditions form yahoo, that's the best way to go about it, email them or call them perhaps, you'll get reliable answers, not someone's opinion or wild guess if you know what i mean :wink:
