Any tools for keyword search?

One of my friends is trying to locate a resume using a key word search within a word document from his desktop. Are there any free tools out there that you can use to do this search?

If I tell you the truth all the ebooks that claim you to teach everything on keyword research are scams and fooling people . there are no such tools and they are all available for free at the google keyword analyser . You dont even need to pay a dime for that . Just open an adwords account for google . On the topp you can see the keyword analyser there . It gives the reports on all the search related keywords by demographics , their trends , the quantity of search etc.
