How the cautious use of passwords become a security measure?

Based on my experience, my files are exposed to unauthorized individuals who peeped in to my important files because they were able to decode my password. Remember when you use PC, the latter automatically remembers your password. Thus, during log-ins, you are easily channeled to certain sites. Have clear policy in relation to the use of passwords. You better quit sharing your passwords. You never know who had some hidden agenda of stealing or cloning your business files. Change passwords regularly and disable the use of passwords when you are done doing something in your program.
