Outsourcing had only been practiced by business sectors for some reasons decades back. I only read about outsourcing in management books. Yet, I never had an idea then, how this becomes possible if the scale is around the globe. Only when I was in college that I learned how powerful really is technology. Yet, only recently did I really ponder its significance in the business world and even in educational world. Anyone could easily hire someone to work for them or render some services for them anywhere this employee is situated. Technology really has bridged anyone toward the rest of the people around the world. Globalization is the keyword. Right now, I am benefiting much from this information technology. More so, this technology makes my freelancer’s jobs possible. My country has mushrooming call center agencies, medical transcription centers, etc. Outsourcing is an in-thing now.

Among the advantages of outsourcing method are savings of the costs making internal processes efficient, experimental and predictable costs, freeing capital investment, growth in the organization without costly investment to assets, access to innovated technology and business solutions, and competitiveness on changing events on marketing strategies and opportunities.
