Are you in favor of outsourcing?

Some would refer outsourcing to off shoring. Is there really logic behind outsourcing? Many already have the mentality of passing to other people the encumbrance of doing their own work in exchange to small amount. Usually these lazy bones or just too occupied ones would contract lower cost service providers overseas. Is it too precarious to trust a foreign person to do your job? If the works were not in your expected quality, what would you do? Outsourcing is a big turn to individuals who are after low cost service providers. These providers benefit somehow. Yet, majority of them do the work for charity. I myself is in favor of outsourcing especially if I, for example have my big empire and I need to deploy a group of people to do some tasks which if were done in my own native country the expenditures are quite costly, practically I would use outsourcing strategies. What about you? Are you in favor on this strategy or not?

my philosophis are simple, if i can save time and achieve great professional work, i'd outsource it of coz, sure, the profit margin would be less compared to doing it myself but hey, it saves me time, and i can make good use of that time to do other things, rest? make more money elsewhere?

Yes , I am in complete favour of outsourced projects . It solves many problems for the service providers as well as the service buyers . First of all, unemployment is lessened with this for the skilled personals , example is India where there is no dearth of skilled manpower but jobs are lesser , so outsourcing is a sigh of relief as they can earn through it . Many people might not be able to take up office jobs for things like some physical disability or family complications , they can work from home and earn also.
