Long term traffic is only organic traffic that come from the search engines that links people share around every where and that you do not need to work for it .I do think it takes time to build worthwhile traffic and the best way to do it is to keep at it.things lik relevant keywords , content , navigation , sitemap all in combination play a large part in that .
