Although trying to resolve disputes, albeit after they occurred, is synonymous to closing the doors after the burglar has fled with his loot. But then you can’t relax with the misconception that it will be the last one you will ever encounter. It is important that you resolve a dispute with your buyer as amiably as possible to avoid having a negative feedback. Dispute resolution is best done by quashing them before they occurred. And when they occur, you must take it in the right spirit and act accordingly.

Very well said! Hassein1 Besides, that is a usual encounter between freelancer and the client. Good thing, I haven't experienced such trouble; but that is inevitable in e-business.

So tell me, what is the right spirit and how to exactly act accordingly? People come in every kind of attitude and sometimes you can't help it but bad things happens no matter how hard you try to avoid them.

avoiding is good, coz prevention is better than cure, but it's bound to hapen some day, so, it's also necessary to learn how to manage these bad things and handle it accordingly

There are always small disputes that keep on occuring every now and then , you just need to be very careful in dealing with them . Negotiation is a big part of the business world. Every day, businessmen and women negotiate to close big deals. However, negotiation is also used to solve disputes between one or more parties. Negotiation is used to allow all parties involved feel that they have come out winning.It is best to see all pros and cons before deciding .
