Default A way to cheat on taxes for adsense?

I really don't like the rule that you have to pay taxes for Google's AdSense, but I doubt that anyone else does. My friend says its extremely hard to get caught for not paying taxes, but I don't want to take ANY risks what so ever. So, heres a little method you can use. Start an E-business with someone in a country that won't require taxes. Or, just ask a friend if you can use his address and pay him. What do you think? I think it could work easily

Does your Adsense income have to be in your name? Is it possible to transfer your account to your parent or to a company that you establish? I strongly advize that you find a good accountant of the USA who is familiar with US regulations.US citizens are liable to US taxes regardless of their domicile, I'm not sure about US residents. This is worth checking out with some expert .

I'm pretty sure it doesn't have to be in your name as long as the persons whos name it is under is working with you in some way. For example, if you are in charge of someone, but they live in a different country, I guess you could put their name. Not like Google would ever know that you were lying or not. The only thing is..you must trust the person alot.
