I have seen that many forums do have sometimes this check to let only the people aging over 13 years only to join the website but I think it is very easy to bluff them as there is no concrete thing and even a 12 year old can click on the other link and register . Age plays some other roles too like a website may be primarily designed for age group and the design and layout may be blended specifically according to their needs only . At the same websites are only professional and for business people and they are designed accordingly .
