A user agreement requires each user to agree to be bound by a contract governing his or her use of the site by clicking "I agree" before being permitted to use the site. I guess that's the closest thing you can get to a physical contract over the internet which should prevent you from getting scammed or someone violating something. I guess it's good because it's the best you can get over the internet. But, can someone actually get in trouble if they don't do something. For example, if two people wanted to start a partnership and agreed to terms over the internet, and one couldn't keep up with the job, could anything happen to him besides losing his job?
