Starting an online mlm business

I figured that there's a reason why MLM business is so popular. And i'm wondering, how wxactly one start a MLM business, online? Is there any specific software to monitor the business. And how do they convince people online that they're not actually a scam? These people are so good i can't help but wonder how do they start.

before anything else, if you're talking about a legal mlm business, with company registration n such, you need a eally huge amount of up-front capitol at your disposal,

a good way would be talking to investors and convincing them to invest in you and your products i guess

One more thing, you do need a license to start the MLM network right? Is the license necessary if you're doing it 100% on-line? And who do you approach to get the license?

the license is definitely required, as to who to approach, hmmm, i think it works the same as offline companies, you basically register it with the same department/government and state your mode of business as online
