Does conscience exist in outsourcing jobs?

Outsourcing of jobs has been widely practiced since decades ago. However, this becomes more famous and applicable not just in big corporations; even private individuals can avail the outsourcing of jobs. Worse, even students outsource their homework and school projects offshore.

Conscience, I believe has not much weight in outsourcing jobs because nowadays practicality is the name of everybody’s game. If there are willing ones outside the boundary of one’s national territory; who could do the job more competently and in lower rates, why have to consider nationalism or patriotism. Similarly, even students are learning to outsource their projects. Will the freelancers reject writing proposals simply because they do not want to tolerate the students’ attitude of forwarding their supposed homework? That is always impossible.

People are more about money these days than they were before. As we have seen in the news, people will break the law to put more money in their pocket. Freelancers aren't doing anything wrong. If someone assigns them a project, and offers to pay them, they will do it. For all they know, they might not even know that it's a bad thing. For example, if a student posts his homework online for freelancers, they might bid without knowing its a academic paper. Even if people want to take a stand on doing students work for them, there will probably always be someone who will do it. Especially for the money.
