Hotmail looks good
Hotmail looks good, is reasonably fast and is well integrated into the Windows Desktop.
Hotmail is great if you use Outlook Express 5 for conventional emails - there are many similarities between the program and service, for instance - and you can use the same folders and address book. There's also an effective spam filter to rid your inbox of virtually all junk mail - and not many web mail services offer this level of anti-virus protection. But Hotmail is limited in terms of its functions. You get just 2Mb of message space, which isn't enough for multimedia attachments. And Hotmail forces you to accept cookies, which might not be to everyone's taste. 'Best Free Web Email Service' - Web User Reader Awards 2002
