Default Wikipedia "nofollow" Update

When we view the source code of a page in Wikipedia, “nofollow” attribute is embedded with the links to avoid spamming and commercial links, since Wiki is "Great Open Source" and a mini Library!!!

If SE’s views this “nofollow” attribute then it will,

NOT follow through to that page, NOT count the link in calculating PR link popularity scores, NOT count the anchor text!!

This latest update was implemented in Wikipedia!!

Default wiki

It is bad news for spammers. Because many of them was putting there links on wiki site for promotions.

I was heard that wiki is facing some problems regarding finance from last few months. It may be helpful to them that, they can put some commercial links on there site for earn money for there fund.
