I need a Photo Manager Software- functions i am looking for is for viewing, processing, editing , organizing, and archiving my photo collections. Can you refer any software?

this one rocks! with great interface and tools. I particularly love the slideshow options and the photo organizing aspect.

nonetheless, i believe both are worth checking/trying out

I tried many digital photo management software and even buy several ones. The most closed to my needs organizer is PicaJet. The major reason why I buy this product is super-convenient way to tag my photos and full support for IPTC/EXIF which means that my descriptions and tags will "travel" with my photos. Highly recommended.

As image viewer I can suggest Irfan - the fastest image viewer.
